Returns


Items purchased from asicstiger.com.au can be returned.

To return an item(s) it must be:
- Returned within 14 days of when you received the order.
- Unworn and unused with the original packaging, boxes and tags intact.
- In a new saleable condition.
- The original online purchase.
- The original online purchase.

You are responsible for all freight and handling costs when returning your online purchase. See the returns process below for more information. We do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased.

Products purchased from asicstiger.com.au cannot be returned to any retail store.

RETURNS PROCESS

Returning a product you purchased online is simple. If you checked out as a guest or as a returning customer, please follow the below easy steps.

1. Email our returns department on aop.claims@asics.com.
In the email, please provide your order number, name, contact number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return. Providing these details will help process your request faster.

2. Our returns department will be contact you by email to confirm if your return request has been approved and with next steps.

When returning your product, we recommend sending it back via Express Post and/or Registered Post through Australia Post. This is so you can track your parcel. Item(s) returned are sent via your own cost and risk. Please return all packaging supplied with the product being returned.

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned products.

If you fail to obtain written authorisation from ASICS Tiger to return a product, your request will not be processed. The returned product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS Tiger.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please follow the returns process above if you are returning a faulty item. If the product is deemed faulty as determined by us, the product will be replaced or exchanged and all freight and handling charges will be borne by ASICS Tiger (both from you and to you). If the fault is a major failure, as described in the Australian Consumer Law, you may request a refund. If the product is not deemed to be faulty as determined by us, the product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS Tiger.
