ONLINE PURCHASE & RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from this site can be returned. To return an item(s) it must be:
- Returned within 14 days of when you received the order.
- Unworn and unused with the original packaging, boxes and tags intact.
- In a new saleable condition.
- The original online purchase.
You are responsible for all freight and handling costs when returning your online purchase. See the returns process below for more information. We do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased.
Products purchased from this site cannot be returned to any retail store. We do not accept returns from products purchased from other sites.
ASICS Oceania Pty Ltd (trading as ASICS Tiger) is the authorised distributor of ASICS Tiger product within Australia. We are not able to guarantee authenticity or warranty for products not distirbuted by us. To find your closest authorised ASICS Tiger reseller in Australia, please contact us.
Returning a product you purchased online is simple.

|Once approved we recommend sending your product back via Australia Post (Express Post). Item(s) returned are sent via your own cost and risk. Please return all packaging supplied with the product being returned. |
We aim to process returns within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned products.
If you fail to obtain written authorisation from ASICS Tiger to return a product, your request will not be processed. The returned product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS Tiger.
Please follow the returns process above if you are returning a faulty item. If the product is deemed faulty as determined by us, the product will be replaced or exchanged and all freight and handling charges will be borne by ASICS Tiger (both from you and to you). If the fault is a major failure, as described in the Australian Consumer Law, you may request a refund. If the product is not deemed to be faulty as determined by us, the product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS Tiger.
